7/5 Very good ham
Also that is by far the worst knife for the job of cutting the mighty black forest ham.
I have also eaten 1/2 of it in less than 30 minutes, most of it with italian bread and Emmental cheese.

Not necessarily, Emmental is the region of Canton de Berne it comes from, and Emmentaler just means it comes from Emmental. People call it Emmental, Emmenthal or Emmentaler.
