A Puch 250 SGS.
It not just some weird defunct European motorcycle. It was also sold in the Sears Catalog as the Allstate 250. It was in production from 1953-1970. It gets more weird, it engine was neat. It had a split-single cylinder.

The crank has a slight resemblance to the crank of a radial engine.
