Sherbert the frozen dessert is a distinctly American thing. Doesn’t really exist outside the U.S.

Got a pint of the stuff in the freezer here at home (you can see the stuff at the bottom of the image, if anyone here is ever in upstate NY who doesn’t already live here, I highly recommend checking one of these places out).

we used to get orange sherbet and vanilla ice cream swirl all the time - I’ve even had a beer with that, “Prog Rock” at Hi-Fi brewing in Redmond, WA, it’s awesome.
