I’ve never had oysters this way. I’ve had them fried (yum!) and Rockefeller (YUM!) but never like you’re having them.

Are they good that way?

I like to add just a bit of cocktail sauce and extra horseradish. Gives it an extra bite. Also, tasting the salt water with the bite.... HELL yes.
