Apparently it is scorpion night in Oppo-land. There is one on my dang ceiling. Update: Just found another one under a chair I had to move to get to the first one. Update 2: They’re rekt. And a bunch of the ceiling texture came off too but whatever.

No I’m in San Antonio, TX. We’re pretty used to them here but up on the ceiling is rare. Both your buddy and mine appear to be just common striped bark scorpions. Nothing to worry about really but still not fun to get stung by.

The critters have taken us by surprise during the gas shortage. I found mice in my apartment the other day. Caught and killed three last night. I still heard a few running around then, but tonight’s been quite so I think they got the message.
