Where’s the peanut I saw in the thumbnail, what does this have to do with ketchup, and what do you wash such a meal down with?

Kinja'd!!!

Here is a photo of the model I am working with. I just need section planes about every 4 inches front to back and left to right of the hardtop only. I need the dimensions of the section planes for me to be able to cut them out of plywood.

How long do you think it would take to do this?

I dont know how to use it and the learning curve is way too long and frustrating. I am hoping someone who has the skill to do what I need would be proficient at it and would not take them very long.

You just need the hardtop done? I need the model, but probably a few days. Honestly thats alot of work in sketchup. Is there a reason youre not using autocad or maybe even maya?

Well I dont know much about this stuff I know CAD or maya might be more standard but I am working from a model someone else created to save some time.
thats right I just need the hard top.
how long do you think it would take to do this? I dont mean when you can get to it but actual hours working on it to complete? I want to know I am not like wasting your time or asking something very difficult.

To make it smooth in sketchup, im probably lookong at 40 hours. Sketchup is more for architectural modeling. If you need to model objects you really need something different
