Spinach, onion, tomato, green pepper, cucumber, avocado, Crouton, Pecan, chicken, thousand Island dressing. Yeah I could subtract the croutons and dressing to make it actually healthy, but whatever it’s a meal not a fashion statement!
There we go now more meat! I’m gonna need to eat some brownies and ice cream after this, it’s too healthy.

Dinner last night: mixed greens salad, some various veggies, and a little steak on top.

BACON! My salad was missing some nice thick cut slow cooked (200 degrees for like 4 hours) and crumbled up and mixed in. Would have went well with the avocado.

It’s still good for your colon, regardless of the dressing. You also get lots of vitamins you wouldn’t otherwise be. It’s just that calorie wise you’re not really consuming less, but that’s only a part of eating a salad.

I usually start with a chicken Caesar salad, which is romaine with chicken, Asiago cheese, croutons, and Caesar dressing.
But I don’t like romaine, so I swap it out for their arugula, spinach, and kale blend.
And they never give me enough dressing, so I always order extra (which is actually double).
Then I add a hard-boiled egg, mozzarella cheese, onions, olives, bacon, and pecans.
It’s a seriously tasty salad.
They’ve dropped the mozzarella option though and for some reason building it now only comes out to about 1000 cal.

Lol well I’m not counting calories anyways. I have to eat like at least 3000 a day just to not lose weight. I don’t think I could gain wait if I tried.

Be careful. I’m a skinny gal. As I’m closing in on 40 though I’m putting on those needed pounds in the wrong places. I was ecstatic when I hit the not considered underweight range, unfortunately on closer inspection it’s looking a little like the stay puft marshmallow man hitched a ride on my gut. At least you’re eating a salad.

welp.. if you ever fancy a cheap as chips meal that will feed bout 5
just get 1.5kg of frozen chopped spinach,enough instant mashed potatos to cover it and as many bacon cubes as you fancy
heat up the frozen spinach till its err.. well not frozen add bacon cubes at the same time
once the bacon spinach is sufficiently not frozen pour it into an oven dish
make the insta mash (i tend to add a load of grated cheese to the mash) and use that to cover the bacon spinach in the oven dish
and whack it in the oven till the mash starts to brown up top
hey presto spinach pie :)

Boxed mashed potatoes, never! I’d make them fresh. It’s pretty easy. Definitely want to add some ground beef or turkey to that and have a nice Shepards pie
