This lovely Grand Wagoneer I found today is nearly identical to the one in the wallpaper I posted yesterday. I need it.

That’s pretty awesome. I don’t want it, but I like that it exists in such good condition.

Do you know much about these? I love the styling and browse them on CL every now and then, but can’t quite tell what price is driven by.
There are a few pristine examples with asking prices around $50K if not higher, and then other almost equally clean ones going for like $10K. Are there certain years that are more sought after, or is that just the gap between a super low miles factory fresh car vs. one that has been used but well maintained?

Here’s my ‘91 at Safeway a couple weeks ago.
The later “Chrysler year” models are some of the most appealing because of increased quality standards. Also: those last 3 years were the only ones with rear wiper/washer and overhead console displaying external temperature and compass readings (thanks to the Chrysler minivans).

That pin stripe tells me it might be one of Wagonmaster’s Wagoneers. That’s aftermarket vinyl and plastic trim as well. Black Cherry Metallic?

I think so, and it very well could be. I have seen this car around before and looked it over quite well this time. It was flawless.
