I get it. They (automakers) sell what they believe people will buy.
How will they know what people will buy unless they give them a chance, though?
I understand that we’ll probably never have trucks the size of the Luv, Caddy, or Courier again due to safety standards (which is a good thing). But wouldn’t a small pickup help them with CAFE (if it’s still around in another couple of years)? I want a small pickup, and would most likely buy one if it were to be available in the US. The Ram 700 seems like it would be just about perfect for me (except that whole being built by FCA thing). But, unless it’s built here, the chicken tax would probably make it a $35k vehicle.

When will there be a Bronco version?
I’m as disappointed as probably everyone that the new Bronco wont be the rugged boxy throw back that we all want it to be, but if they make a Raptor version I’ll be much less bitter.
