Between 2008 and 2012 Kia sold 23,821 Borregos. In the same time, well plus 2013, BMW sold 25,672 E9X M3s. Either the Borrego isn’t that rare, or the E9X M3 is rare.

One’s an M3, the other is a Kia. I don’t know about you, but I think it makes the Kia more “rare”.

But when we think about it, the production numbers are both small and no one here is calling an E9X M3 rare. Probably because we notice the M3s, the Borrego is an afterthought.

Also, when I see an E9X M3 now, I either think or say “I have one of those.”

But he is a Kanuck! The only years that the Borrego had a V8 in Kananada is ‘08 and ‘09, which sales together totaled 705 for all engine options. So there’s even less than that with just the V8 option. Are Kanadian M3s as rare as Kanadian V8 Borregos? That is the comparison to make! :D

Not sure, only seen combined US and Canadian data for the M3. I’m almost willing to bet the US represents a very large chunk of the M3 sales and that the Canadian sales of the M3 and boreggo arent too far off. I’m probably wrong though.

My very first time behind the wheel of a car with a manual was an MG B. I stalled countless times, but I don’t think I wore down the clutch too much.

I can’t get up hills yet though.

Eh, I’d try dailying the TR6. Or the B. Can’t be that hard. People did it in the 70s, and they didn’t have the internet for parts and information. Plus, they were probably still high from the 60s. And doing it all in flares.

Are you going to let yourself get beaten by a man in flares?

Didn’t think so...
