PM of Antigua and Barbuda just issued a statement saying that while there was some substantial damage, much of the infrastructure is intact and cleanup has begun. Apparently the international airport is reopening to arriving and departing flights at 2PM Atlantic time.

I’ve seen people putting up tarps and gathering up whatever you can and getting stressed out for gas & this and that. man I don’t wish that on nobody or getting stuck out in the middle of a category 5 hurricane....
except ted bundy or charles manson, those kind of folks can be stuck out in the hurricane.
