Went kayaking yesterday and spent about an hour in the sun, during the height of its travel.
Late yesterday my head felt strangely itchy. Well I’ll be damned. The hair on the crown of my head is no longer dense enough to be my scalps sunblock.
I’m not old enough for this shit.

Ouch. For what it’s worth, my hairline started to recede at about 22. I’m 29 now and it hasn’t changed a whole lot. Hoping I can make it to 40 before I have to start shaving my head.

I’m truly jealous. If only for the convenience of built in sun protection.
Nearly every man in my family has gone bald. But usually very slowly. My dad started in his 30s and he is now mid 50s with still a few wisps left up top.
