I was hoping to have a big OPPO BBQ this weekend. Plans have changed. I still have three of these Briskets that need to hit the smoker.
The BBQ is still on and anyone in the area is welcome. Oppos take priority. Follow Rt20 until you hit the Illinois/Iowa border. Stop at Van’s or the Big 10 Mart and they’ll guide you from there.
I’ve never done Brisket on Cherry. I’m kinda excited.
