That one is much more “authentic” than mine :-D -
I wanted my grass cutting toy to not feel so emasculated by the one in the garage so my wife gave it a decal (added at least 5 HP).

I’m being intentionally vague here...
This is the dude with the shop in (or formerly in) the college town? If so, I remember reading an Autoweek article about him, his shop and his tractor...god...around 20 years ago before I ever moved up here.

Yes, If its the shop near a school and emissions testing place that you’re thinking of. He still is in business and he owns a bunch of Porsche. Only about 6-7 are running that I know off. He built his daughter an estimated 225 hp Porsche 356 and she has that car in NY somewhere. He is an authority on the cars and I’ve known him about 30 years. I’ll try to convince him to come to some Cars & Coffee sometime maybe with his original Carrera.

That’s exactly what I was thinking of. Maybe 2 weeks after I moved here, I drove past his place and the whole article came rushing back to me...I just kind of had to stop and have one of those moments where you experience something you’d only read about and never thought would happen....except not the ‘Penthouse Letters’ kind of moment.
