Kinja'd!!!

I didn’t even know this was an option. I guess it’s what happens when part of the province catches on fire.

Yep, we’ve been on and off all summer- it rolled back in thick today.. c’mon fall, we need some rain and snow to put out these fires..

The METAR weather report format has standardized codes for many different weather phenomena. Besides mist, fog, and spray, the “obscuration” category also includes haze, sand, dust, smoke, and volcanic ash.

We’re actually seeing it here in Chicago too, it was hazy all day today. I’m from Denver so my firs time thought was wildfire but I was confused since it’s rained so much here lately. Turns out it is fire, but all way up in the great white north.

It’s been really smoky here in Lethbridge as well. Today was definitely worse than the last few weeks.
