Making it work.
The first piece of a bunch of rubber to be laid out in a crawl space. This is the entrance, the shower area will go here, under this rubber are pallets and plywood to stay off of the concrete in case any more water gets into the area it can go to the sump pump under the stairs.

Isn’t this just ASKING for mold to grow in the pallets? Or are they plastic pallets?

Yeah it’ll grow, but we’ll be above that, and when we are done in a few months all this will come back out and get pitched. It’s just temporary.
They had cardboard boxes laid flat to walk on when we got here, about 6, stacked so when water got to top, put more down. Silly.

I’ll be there a bit before doors open (at 7am i think?) per tradition eating some breakfast tacos at Meches if they are open, they should be.
Fun fact, “Meche” is Mexican slang for a Mercedes-Benz :]
