I don’t know what is wrong with me. I am so angry at one of my enployees that I want to scream. It is partially justified, but partially irrational. I had to leave.

That has to be hard to not take everything in your position personally. Being your business I am sure it feels like every screw up is directed at you, but just remember everyone is human and inherently will make mistakes and they most likely aren’t doing them to hurt you personally.

Understand completely - it sucks when other people drop the ball. I had some business partners that lost their shit over something more minor and let a good person go - they had to replace her with two people. Make sure they know there’s an issue (don’t stew - that usually is worse) but try to resolve things going forward. If that doesn’t work, I think you know the process from there.
