RS4's have only two real issues...a leaky DRC suspension and chronic carbon buildup. DRC leaks can be fixed by the dealer or you can do the smart thing and just replace it with a good set of coilovers. Carbon buildup needs to be periodically cleaned, and there are a few steps you can take to reduce buildup a little bit (catch cans, running specific oils, etc).
I guess there are the usual coilpack failures too, but they have since received a revised design that lasts much longer.
So yeah, I’d say overall pretty darn reliable. But parts for them are REALLY expensive.

Same. Don’t care much for Audis, but love seeing RS4s out in the wild.
This car could be his DD….or you might be spotting him on his weekly repair trips to/from the dealership? :P

I mean considering they sold ~1200 here and they’ve got some possibly very expensive issues, I’d consider it exceptional.

I rarely see RS4s out in the wild. I don’t generally care for Audis, but I like seeing these.
