We just did a recycling and returnables run, and then went to Whole Foods, bought organic things, a reusable bag, and then got beard shampoo, all in a Subaru wagon. The only thing really missing was rain.

The only thing saving you from being peak PNW. Is the Starbucks boxes. Starbucks is way too mainstream, you got to go to one of the coffee stands on every corner were the workers wear bikinis.
Or maybe that’s just a Tacoma/Lakewood thing.

I tried the whole hipster beard thing last year and couldn’t hack it - it bugged me too much. I’m back to my wicked awesome 90's goatee which is alarmingly grey....

It drives me crazy half the time and I like it the other half the time. So far I’ve had enough random compliments to keep it, but mostly my girlfriend really wants me to keep it

They don’t really do flannel anymore.
Socks with sandals are still a thing, though. A glorious thing that my wife won’t let me do anymore. :-(
