Not an architect. Ugly as fuck. Mixed styles. Looks like a modern style, crossed with an older (victorian, queen Anne revival, etc), with graph paper (80s bleeding edge). Windows would be better suited if they were asymmetrical, into the corners,etc. Looks like not enough for the layout where a coup,email of large ones would be better. Its like they have all the bathrooms on this side. They may have a reverse face if the view is better from the back. See that more in cottages, etc with a water/mountain view.
As you are in flatland, I have no idea.

It’s symmetrical, so there’s already innate beauty there.
It looks like a duplex, so some compromises have to be made.
The mish-mash of styles is a bit jarring, but the angled roof sections remind me of lace, which is a ln interesting contrast to the blockiness of the rest of it. Not what I would have done, but not bad. Of course, they could have put a parapet on each corner if they were going for a vulgar troll-olololol hodgepodge design.
I think the 2nd floor center area would be well-served by more windows or some other features to break up the monotony. Maybe a larger window and an overhang?
Also, repainting in a different color would do wonders.

I mean, if they did better work with the windows, got rid of the brick, and eliminated the grid webbing or whatever the hell it is, it’d look fine.
And symmetry does not automatically equal beauty.
