Today they are being nice and promising to fix it.

If you can read this, you’ll know that I have an inflated sense of self-importance, because I feel that my kids’ presence entitles me to special treatment on the road (and off, probably) even though lots of other people also have kids in their cars... meanwhile I’m teaching them to swear and be aggressive to strangers.

I’m fairly certain “innocent opinion expressed with rude language” and “LOOK AT MY KIDS AND HOW MANY I HAVE!” are the standard-issue bumper stickers in any small or appropriately rural town. I applaud the Jeep owner for his/her efficiency.

Right on! Too bad they initially were dicks about it. When i worked in laptop repair, we would sometimes get calls that X didnt work after a repair. We always gave a free look even if the issue didnt seem related. It’s just good customer service.
