There’s the tiniest bit of wear on the driver bolster and the key scuffs around the barrel and on the steering column but that’s about it. And one of the center vents is cracked and will become un-aimed on bumps.

Unpopular opinion, I hate ball shifters. Mine is very simple but one of the best ever made IMO. Though never used one, i hear Mopar pistol grips are amazing.

Solid steel ball World Rally Championship shift knob in black, with the WRC logo engraved. Given to me by a good friend when I was in university - I used it from 2008-2013 in my Impreza when I had it, and now use it in my Accent after having to find an adapter for it. Appropriate as both companies have been in the WRC, haha! It’s getting a nice wear patina at this point - hope to use it in whatever my next car is as well! :)

Hey man, hope you’re doing well! OppoBlog came up today, and I’m thinking since 505 isn’t really active here anymore, and my time to commit seems to be very cyclical week by week, it might be time to add one or two additional “editors” as authors to OppoBlog. I’m guess HHFP and you are sending most of the shares there, wouldn’t hurt to have one or two more sets of eyeballs so we don’t miss anything worthy.

I am doing well - busy with our farm growing but having my share of fun as well. I hope life finds you equally satisfied.
I do still share a reasonable number of posts, as I see them. I don’t browse back through to look for things I may have missed as I used to.
I’m not sure how to move forward. The interest in Oppo posts from a larger audience is largely diminished due to the lack of Jalopnik shares and the amount of eligible content has reduced as a result.
If you’re looking to add other sets of eyes, I’m all ears but I think we should ask ourselves whether it is worthwhile to continue at all with no apparent path to growing Oppositelock/blog, as there once was.
Sorry to be a downer, I do still enjoy coming here, I’m just not willing or able to put much effort in anymore. Life moves on and in that respect I think I have as well.

Glad to hear it. Life is good for us as well. The kids’ soccer season is in full swing and we just moved to a home out in the country on 10 acres - loving it out there.
It’s so easy to share to OppoBlog, even if only a few people are using it (myself included), I don’t see any reason not to keep doing it as we have, at the bare minimum. It does give a good feeling to the author to get a share, and part of the reason for starting it was to encourage good content, so that’s something. I’m still hoping to one day, if I ever can commit to an hour or so a week, resurrect the Best of OPPO posts like you used to do, and an actively curated OppoBlog would make doing that much easier.
I’m like you, and don’t put in much effort into my posts, but I still really do enjoy the community on OPPO, and like promoting good content here.
ttyymmnn would be a good add as an editor, I think, if you didn’t have anyone else in mind.
