Crack Pipe! That car is probably worth not more than half of the starting bid. Even if it does have a few years of WC eligibility left, my understanding is that the old GTS cars are increasingly less likely to be competitive against the newer GT4 spec cars as they age out of eligibility. Despite what Rouch would like to think, Jack Jr’s old car isn’t the kind of provenance that commands a price premium.

When it comes to club racing, there tends to not really be a good home for former world challenge cars, so they tend to not be worth nearly as much money as folks might think. Fendered, production based cars with built race motors are an expensive way to not go especially fast around the track and not usually have a competitive class to play in. I guess you could play in STO/U, but there are considerably cheaper ways to play faster around the track.

There are even cheaper and more fun ways to get into Pirelli World Challenge or Continental Tire Sportscar Challenge.
