In that case, I am officially a classic....

Sadness ensues.

My high school friend got one of those his freshman year of college. It was only 6 years old when he got it.

Interesting.

I’ve always loved that generation of WRX. When I was in High School I wanted one so badly. I still kinda want one.

odd, 1minute 30seconds in the engine starts and there’s no ticking or clicking... thought that was standard

Park that baby in a garage, and your insurance company will let you call it a classic.

Feeling old now. My first new car purchase was a 2002 bug eye Impreza Outback sport wagon. The WRX’s at the time demanded a 2-3k premium over sticker and they wouldn’t even let you test drive them.

I’ve been thinking the same, then I remember that 9-2X’s are basically the same thing and go for less money if you can actually find one.
