I have no idea what we did to get so lucky. He followed me home one day when he was just a few months old and nobody responded to the found dog flyers and posts so we kept him. He’s the calmest dog I’ve ever met. He just lays there while no matter what you do. About the only thing that gets him going is when there is a squirrel in the tree outside our bedroom.

That’s how we got most of our animals growing up. We lived enough in the country that we had room to take them in. Only dog we paid to adopt was the first. I called her my seed dog because the rest dropped from the sky.
