1) Take a single cab Tacoma
2) Add 2UR-GSE (or 2JZ)
3) Lower it on a custom suspension all around along with a bed cover and TE37's

Adding the V8:
Do you want burnouts? Because, this is how you get burnouts.
All that would ever do is spin the rear tires.

Which is why he clearly needs a Toronado swap. A V8 swap with the power over the wheels.

Well if it was rational I would’ve said the 4.0 V6 would do it.

My comments weren’t judgemental, only statements of fact.

With the other custom work on the lead Tacoma pic, why’d they leave the chrome badges on the door? Silly people.
I bet a Taco like that would be pretty fun.

This is rational. Take the v8 side pipe it though the bed and slap a widebody on it typically used for dune trucks(maybe modify the front dune fenders to have the wheel well sit lower though)

Damn... reminds me of the time you can put a TRD supercharger on your Tundra and have performance matching or even rivaling sports cars.

Yes.
Did you live the 90s? Because you’ve just described the classic 90s sport truck. Make sure it’s a short box! Chevy even made a factory version...

You know I’ve never really had much love for Tacomas... I mean I have nothing against them per se, but I see them and I’ve even driven them and they’re just OK to me but nothing special.
But that one... I’d drive that even with the stock base model engine. I love the way it’s sitting especially with those nice wide low profile tires. Plus I have a soft spot for RCSB trucks anyway as they seem to be a dying breed.
