and fire back up the job search. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happier to be employed than to be unemployed, but I don’t think this job is what I’m looking for. Maybe I’ll come to like it soon, but as of right now I’m already planning my escape; that sounds foreboding for my chances of staying here long term. On a positive note, I really do like the area so I’m not sure I want to move. Hell I don’t really even know what I want to do.

Apparently I love PPE. Both my jobs have required fire resistant coveralls, steel toe shoes, and a hard hat. Not too worried about finding a job where I’ll have to dress like a professional, although my Tag doesn’t really go with my coveralls.

If William H. Macy could turn this into a super hero uniform, you for sure can do it with professional PPE. Maybe even add a gas or welder’s mask to hide your identity from your enemies.

in my refinery with 2000 people on site (employees, contractors, vendors) any given day, it’s common to see everyone (in the field) with similar set-up. Of course employees have a whole lot of badges (Shield, flag, ERT , safety, logs, etc) as well as a different color gas monitor so people do get out of the way.
I have a small company sticker on my DD one on the windshield and another one near the rear license plate. As I get closer to the refinery (20-25 miles) people sort of stop overtaking me.. lol.

I’ll be honest, I don’t know. Despite working in basically the same capacity for the time I was at my former company I got promoted twice. I had basically the same job, but technically I had different responsibilities. I just showed progress through my former company, wherein reality I had basically the same job.
