Wait, what? So, do they keep the same number of handicap spots somewhere? In the US, we haver to have a certain number of handicap spots per total spots per code. Does Canada have a similar code?

I imagine so. The article states that they didn’t replace the ones that were removed for this stunt, but I believe that they would have to have enough, as you mentioned.
