Kinja'd!!!

Got it cleaned, the spots still visible are paint imperfections, there are many of them. Thanks for your advice guys. Some stuff I wasn’t able to clean well since I didn’t have the proper supplies but it’s worlds better than it was. Also, I used the wheel and tire cleaner on the front two wheels but it looked like it was oxidizing the clear coat. On the bottle it said it was ok for clear coated wheels, not sure why it did that.

Looking at the directions of the Wheel and Tire. I’d not use it.

Try something like Valet Pro Bilberry wheel cleaner. If you need a brake dust remover try an iron fallout remover (many will turn purple as they work to show you they are working), agitate, rinse then wash wheel again to make sure it’s all off. Rinse, dry and seal.

Thanks, I appreciate the compliment, and the advice to. Cleaning the car the correct way is hard work though. Still, once you finish you definitely feel like you accomplished something.

The trick is doing a big wash once, then a maintenance wash once a month and a good sealant.

If I need to I can get the car done in 30-40 minutes but I choose to make a day of it. But I’m sad that way.

It now means that ‘bird bombs’ are completely removed by rain. So I don’t need to wash the car as often. :(
