Holy shit! I have a dinky car of this - Hot Wheels! Completely forgot all about it until now! :D
I think my dinky car was made up as a Police Car version of this thing somehow...? I know the Police Car Hot Wheels was styled after a car used in the Demolition Man movie, but I never knew what the car actually was until now! :D

I came here just to post this, and someone beat me to it. Blast. Oh well.
That movie featured tons of wonderful 90s GM concept cars.
The Cadillac Solitaire concept, as well as the Voyage concept on the left.
The Corvette Sting Ray III concept.
The GM HX-3 concept, which eventually became the Dustbuster van.
A few Oldsmobile concepts, which is odd considering Oldsmobile went down around 30 years before the year the movie takes place.
