This mid/late-70s plastic bumper MGB was parked outside O’Reilly on my latest trip there. Unfortunately I didn’t see if the guy driving it was buying Lucas electrics.

The only electrical issue I had on mine was a bad battery cable. Quite an interesting experience the first time I went looking for the battery. I’m sure the time I had to jump start my Yukon with the MGB, people looking on must have thought it was the other way around.
Now the ZS carb was another issue entirely, for me.

I saw a beautiful early MGA, in BRG, broken down on the shoulder of the freeway during rush hour on Thursday evening. I was sad for about half a second before I thought “well, what did they expect?”
