Moreso the layout of the on screen buttons. They’re inconsistent and make no sense. You want to change from radio to USB or bluetooth audio? An undersized “SOURCE” button on the top on the home page will do that. Also touch power button is unnerving.

Car is my sister’s 2016 Civic EX-T sedan. And the A/C did not really want to blow cold air today so I ended up driving home from work with the windows down and 88F outside.

also funny thing happened, drove by a parent and little girl walking on a sidewalk and as soon as I went past them, the JoJ song that was playing... she let out quite a scream. Kid turned her head! I hope she was inspired.

It sucks, but I hate touchscreens in cars in general.

The one in the CR-V with the physical volume control is better.

Yep, guess Honda listened. Hopefully they bring it back in the Civic when they facelift it

The old ass TL has a surprisingly great touch screen system. Every touch screen system should have physical buttons for certain functions though otherwise I hate operating them while driving.

I don’t think anyone is a fan of these. My FIL has this one in his 2016 CR-V and every time I go somewhere with him he is stuggling to get it to do the simplest things. The best way to control it is from the steering wheel I think.

Same here. My 82 year old dad has the same car, and the info-tainment screen is just very confusing. My mom just about refuses to touch it. She’ll just drive with the radio off and minimal HVAC.

Yeah I found the steering wheel controls work better but even then it is still clunky.

Yeah the whole thing is a mess. It almost feels like a cheap aftermarket unit.

I was so glad Honda made it clear next gen accord gets knobs as well. It’s shit. But I think Cadillacs system is worse.
