This is parked at my hotel. I thought someone stickered the shit out of the guy’s windshield as some kind of dick prank but it’s actually a Ferrari sun shade.
I guess if you own a Ferrari and have a Ferrari sun shield you put it up in the dark wary of the morning sun. Carry on. I approve.

That car bowled me over. And there was an M64 there too! Just stunning, both of them. As I collect 1/43 Le Mans cars and have a special affinity for Alpines, I couldn’t believe my eyes when i saw it. If you talk to them, please express my thanks for having brought it over, it was very special, a highlight of my day.

I wish I could be there tomorrow, we’ve long since been priced out of anything but day trips for the Historics. The entire IMSA weekend costs less, with 3-day camping, than one day at the Rolex.
Anyway... The M64 was around the corner from them, remarkable to see two Alpines there, don’t think I’ve seen any before. The 906 with their M63 was a stunner as well, another omigod car for me, but one that’s not too hard to find stateside. That’s what made the Alpines special, they just aren’t seen here.
