I get a call once a week when someone hits a sprinkler control valve and can’t figure out how to shut it off. Sure, I can send someone out that can shut it off, but they’ll have to shut it off to the building too.

Oh god, logic... council...... two words that don’t go together at all.
I reported (twice) some potholes along a certain section of road, twice they said it wasn’t a defect.
This is the image Google Earth had for goodness sakes.
These are the photos I took.
Then three weeks later they filled in SOME of the potholes, about a third. Why they didn’t fill in all of them while they were there I have no ruddy idea.
