I like the idea of wings but the messiness and effort to food ratio is too small for me.
I’ve even tried the ‘wings hack’, twist the wings at each end and pull, then pull the meat off, doesn’t work for me.
Boneless chicken wings, ow that sounds awesome.

Wings are kind of a hobby - you have to enjoy the process or else they are just chicken thighs that are really time consuming and difficult to eat.
