“The Trump Cigar.” They were a thing back in the day. Canada’s greatest cigar. Not sure that’s saying much....

When I was a kid, the opening theme song for Unsolved Mysteries always scared me more than any horror or slasher film could. To this day hearing that music gives me existential dread that something bad is about to happen to me or someone I love.

There is just something quintessentially 80s and creepy about that music. I love it.

That and Robert Stack’s narration combined to create the ultimate creepiness. My whole family used to get together to watch the show every week. I love it, too. :)

First 8 seasons are on Amazon Prime :)

I’ve been casually watching them as I work and I’ll often Google the case as I’m watching. It’s amazing the number of cases that are still unsolved 25-30 years later.

What is Amazon Prime? Also, I am a poor.

Kidding on one of those things. But yeah... I have Netflix and haven’t used it in weeks. I have no time for free time. I miss having a life. :(

Could be on Netflix, too. I know it was just added to Prime earlier this year. Regardless, you can always watch the intro on YouTube for a cheap thrill!

A relic from a time when a lot more people smoked, and a lot more frequently. Cheapo cigars like that were for people that virtually chain smoked them. Today, ones in that price range are just a cheap source of rolling paper for smoking something else, and people who do smoke cigars want something more premium that they can relax with.
