Do you ever find something on CL and you don’t want to close the tab, so you just leave it up for awhile even tho you know you can’t buy the car? Here the two I have open right now. The first one is a mechanically well maintained, and cosmetically ratty quad headlight Fox Body. Asking price is 4,000 which is super reasonable, i dig it.
It’s even got a clean interior with what looks like some nice bucket aftermarket seats.
The other is a BEAUTIFUL blue 2011 Ranger, 4.0l, manual trans, extended cab, 4x4, XLT. Probably the best ranger you’re going to find. Dealer wants 16,450, which is crazy. Ur honestly if I had it I’d pay it.

Yeah, there was a E91 328xi 6-speed for sale nearby with low miles. White with tan and grey. It was also 18 grand. I had that tab open for two weeks.

I knew a girl with a 300M who loved it, before that she had a LeBaron. I drove the 300M once it was like a spaceship compared to the 91 Civic I was driving at the time. And she kept her heat at 93 degrees. I’d never thought a car could heat up like that in when it was -10 outside

My third car was a (non special) 300m in champagne gold. For a car made by that era Chrysler it is actually fantastic. It was absurdly spacious, comfortable, and actually handled remarkably flat for such a big car. The 3.5L v6 in that car has similar output to a vq35 and was reliable as well.
Only gripes were the seats that had no bolstering, and the trans started to whine. I ditched it knowing the trans was the weak point of the car.
I bet it felt extremely weird coming from a 91 civic...its like a worse version of what automakers were putting out in 2008, but all the way back in 2000.
