I saw a Competition Package LCI E92 M3 with a Domino’s sign on it last week.
That’ll definitely arrive in 30 minutes or less.

Seriously, how do Pizza guys afford such nice cars? One near me has a brand new Mustang GT and another has a new STI with a ton of stupid mods.

Knew several people that made a killing delivering pizzas. Having regulars that were also your friends equaled bigly tips.

The kid at my local Baskin Robbins has a P E R F E C T stock S2000. His parents likely bought it, but still... Maybe not!

A guy flagged me down outside a grocery store (actually he made considerable effort to get my attention. A+) to get me to join his local subaru club. I see him in his modified WRX a week later with a Dominoes sign on top. I saw him again a few months ago and he had a new STi, already modded to hell, and it had the Dominoes sign on top again.
I think my long winded answer to your question is that they really can’t. They take on the debt as a gamble because of that one time they had a really good month so that’s what they base their “budget” on now. I’m sure some genuinely can afford it, but that’s the exception.
