Rochester represent! Moved south from there 4 years ago. Was just on that very corner last week for a little family vacation. Monroe ave has went to shit. Used to be a clean/cool place to hang. I lived off university for many moons.

You can cut tread in tires, maybe they wanted the look but you can’t use slicks on public roads. I’ve seen tread cut into slicks for cars that don’t have an option for the size they take for racing. But it is weird if they are made like that, I can’t imagine why.
