Kinja'd!!!

I have this fixie frame, I got it from my neighbor who was gonna throw it out like a year ago or something. I’ve repainted it twice and took the paint off. I’ve never ridden it. What have you guys got?

My workshop. I took these in March. It looks pretty much the same. Every time I go in there intending to first clean up then organize then fix the cracked wood I end up just going on that old iMac I put in there and shitposting on Oppo.

If you ever do anything on it that needs an extra hand remember that I live just 20 minutes down the road.

Only small things, I did finish the Z! I need a shop or workspace to do little projects like the big place I grew up in. I did a lot of art in college. I had all the space I needed growing up so it’s hard to have that mindset and then poof it’s gone!

Bought it with a ruined front end,”fixed” it then one day it randomly died. It hasn’t moved in a few months. Shot-gunned a few key parts to no avail, I’m about to buy a cheap code reader and see if I can get anything helpful.

An old stump jumper that is in pieces right now, just started that project a few months ago. My WRX is always a project. Attempting to fix/find a middle ground with my old macbook pro has been going on for 4 or 5 years now. A pile of snowboards that have various blown and separated edges that are in constant rotation. Cleaning up my iTunes library. Consolidating all of my files across a few computers and external hard drives. Probably a few more.

I also have A Schwinn Stingray frame I started gathering parts for... I haven’t seen that frame in roughly 12 years. It’s somewhere at my dad’s unless he recycled it.

I did the single-speed (not fixie) thing for a while. I discovered that one gear plus hills is really bad for my knees.

I have a garage full of junk that needs to go away. I have a half-dug french drain that needs some more digging, a pipe installed, and gravel put over the top. I have three raised garden beds that have rotted out and need new boards. It’s time to take down the kids’ fort and build a shed. I still have my old truck which my wife is hounding me to get rid of. I have an office full of stuff that needs to go away. To top it all off, I still need to empty out my mom’s old house so I can put it on the market. That one will require another week of vacation and travel to another state.

I’ve had a 1950 F3 sitting in my parents grove for 6 or so years, I took it all apart and haven’t touched it since. Not that I don’t want to, I just don’t have anywhere to work on it.

A Flathead V8 that I bought for $5, I wan’t to either rebuild it and put it in a yet to be determined car. I’ve had that for at least 5 years. I also wanted to make a table out of it, but that changed when I bought another old Ford truck with a flathead I6.

My 1978 XS750 which I’ve had for about 4 years. This one I’m slowly working on but it gets pushed to the back burner quite often.

My second old Ford, ‘48-’50 F2, which I eventually want to turn into a yard display with a big tiered flower box on the back. I need an acreage for that first though. I’ve had that truck about 2 years now.

I had an ‘83 XR200R that a friend pulled out of a junk yard, I cobbled together, rode it for 10 minutes, took it back apart to rob parts for a different project, then it sat for 8 months. That should finally be back together this weekend though.

I got a free 55 gallon drum that I wan’t to turn into a smoker, brought it home 3 or 4 months ago, haven’t touched it.

TL:DR, pretty much all of my projects are like this
