I got bored as shit, so I made peach cobbler.

Kinja'd!!!

I eyed the whole recipe, I think I put to much butter & oats in the topping.

Looks good to me. You can always just make more filling to pile on later if you like, or do what I do and add a bigger scoop of ice cream.

Looks better than a perch cobbler

I like taking the juice from the bottom to make sauce to put over it. I reduce it with heavy cream, & the sauce is amazing.

I made cherry cobbler this weekend, it was the best cobbler, better than any cobbler I’ve ever had, really good cobbler. Ate it was some Canadian vanilla ice cream. OMG, so good I want more.

I’m more of a bass cobbler person myself. Perch is too much work to cobble.

Oh man, now I want a day off AND peach cobbler. I’ve had 3 days off in this calendar year and your peach cobbler may give me a mental breakdown, lol.

There is, a new cook miss read 1 cup of butter as 10 cups of butter. It was butter soup.
