The back seat sucks. But after 8 hours straight I wonder which seat wouldn’t. Back hurts butt hurts. seems well built the 3.5 V6 is plenty powerful. mostly quiet nice riding car. THE END.

I don’t know what it is, but Ford seats really kill my back*. The lumbar just isn’t right for me. Maybe there’s not enough, maybe they were anticipating someone taller, dunno. But that’s the story. Some take an hour, some take minutes... but they all seem to get to me sooner or later. It’s literally more comfortable for me to cram water bottles behind my back.
*This is not a general criticism, but a personal observation regarding how they feel to ME. I get that different seats will feel good to different people—I mean, if the seats really were just total shit, they wouldn’t sell so many cars... people would go elsewhere in a big hurry.

My uncle literally bought a Camry out of a whole trove of cars he was cross shopping, because the seat was the most comfortable to him. Seats are very important to some people.
Whereas for me? I haven’t really driven any car where the seat has bothered me. When it comes to seats I mostly just care that they are seat-shaped. If for racing, then I would want of course a racing-seat-shape.
I drive a Taurus SHO and I like my seats, haha.

I’m usually not that picky about seats, although the seats that came in my 2000 Miata were torture devices. So, I swapped older seats in, and was happy.

It felt like the lumbar support only fit me if I sat with my head nearly touching the ceiling roughly with my butt way back as far as it could go.
