My anxiety and depression were hitting me a little hard today, so off I went.

There’s nothing more relaxing to me than a nice, aimless drive through the countryside with my windows down, my sunroof open, and my music blaring.

I visited my mom’s grave to make sure the flowers and such were still good, and stopped at a local little hole in the wall restaurant we used to frequent a lot. Got a dreamsicle shake. It was delicious.

Good weather, too. Mid-80s with low humidity for a change. All in all, a pleasant evening.

Each and every day presents its own struggles but I am continuing to get better each and every day as well, even on days like yesterday where I have a slight setback.
