I had the hardest time finding gloves that fit. Bought the smallest pair in the store and the fingertips were still an inch and a half too long. But damn, I miss welding.

Keep practicing! Find a winter project. Weld things for Christmas presents. I can’t think of anyone I know that regrets learning how to weld-or weld better. Its just more time behind the helmet now.

Not really. My hands are on the small side, but not exactly that small considering I’m a woman. And most welder’s gloves are made for men. I wear a size 6.5 surgical glove, which is a medium.
In women’s cycling gloves, I wear a large.
Ended up going with Tillman cuz they were a bit snugger than other gloves I tried with shorter wrists. I freaking loved those gloves. They looked like this:
