You mean like this? I’m old too but its easy. On upper right hand corner of any persons tweet there is a little down arrow, click on it. The top choice is “copy link to twitter” . Then you just paste that link in your post on Kinja.

Just “copy link to tweet” from the drop-down arrow in the upper right corner of the tweet (embed code doesn’t seem to work with the Kinjas).

Okay, cool. I saw “Copy link to Twitter” and thought it meant just that. Not that I was expecting a “Copy link to Kinja”, but you know what I mean. Thanks.

Hmm, let me play.
(My reply was the first tweet I’ve ever embedded in a post. I’m an old.)

Provided that image is showing, same method worked.
I’m not sure if there are different ways to attach a photo to a tweet, and if that impacts the way the tweet displays on different formats.
I miss monochrome Apple IIs.

I had that little fan as a kid but it was red and blue. It got chewed up by my dog when he was a puppy but still worked

I clicked (tapped on phone screen) the tweet and it opened this post in a new tab. Shit works.
