It’s not an SV650.

Wait, I’ve got you two mixed up.

Whenever I start to think seriously about taking riding lessons, I think about the unavoidable accident I had a couple years ago and how I’d probably be dead if I was on a bike. Or at least very badly injured.

Drive in Vancouver, it’ll be clear in no time.

Then sit in a cage and wonder.

I wasnt born to watch life pass me by. I was born to enjoy it. Take the proper precautions and keep your head on swivel and youll stay alive.

That’s the plan for now, but if I wind up moving somewhere with less rain and insane traffic, I’ll likely seriously look into riding.

The local triumph dealer has a red in with a bikini fairing, makes me drool!

Then I shouldn’t say that I spent Tuesday after work at the Triumph and BMW dealer near my office...

I’m testing a few of the ADV models for Reasons this afternoon.

No doubt in terms of large scale volume, but I’d wager the driving talent is equal at least. A fine combination of brain-addled passive-aggressive locals, and “drivers” new to the western world who are either a combination of timid and inept, or amazingly entitled. Vancouver is worse on that front than Seattle, and that’s saying something.

Nowadays, I feel best on two wheels in a controlled environment.

It’s fun, but you’re not some wild adventurer because you’re on two wheels (although some like to dream otherwise). In the traffic and weather here, you’re often not missing much.
