Manhattan isn’t even hard to drive in. It’s a fucking grid with wide mostly one way streets. There’s sometimes some traffic. And drivers are a bit aggressive, wahhhh.
Boston - now there’s a go fuck yourself, I’d rather walk city... Same with any city built before cars were a thing. Paris, London, etc... The Arc De Triomphe traffic circle is like nothing I’ve seen before...

No, Manhattan isn’t that bad. Just floor it when the light turns green and be prepared to slam on your brakes at the next red, and make sure to be aware of your surroundings. Also, in my experience, parking isn’t even that bad, I mean, you can always find it, you just have to pay for it.
