Also it is showing me $3500 for FoST but $4000 for most other Focuses except RS and Electric.

On further investigation, it looks like they are “extended inventory” models at a sister dealership two hours away, and are listed under “easy pricing”, which sounds like a bunch of steps in which dealership fuckery could lurk....
