I can’t eat tomato like that. I can eat it in pico, salsa, sauce form but not large chunks or slices.

Wait about 7 years and try it again. There are some people who think its a myth base from your body replacing all cells in 7 year cycle but it works for some people. I developed mild allergies the same way to both shrimp and mushrooms during my mid 20s and by the time I was 35 could eat both again.
