Hmmm. Is that a chain-and -sprocket type dual steer (a roller chain connects the columns, one steering box), or a dual-box setup?
Either case, in the battle for who drives the truck, the stronger pilot wins.
For not-truck-based dual hydraulic steering setups (hoses and valves, no mechanical connection), the fastest, not the strongest pilot wins.

Also, if you’re the passenger, don’t put your lunch on the wheel (I guess same goes for the driver).
